Dr Stepan Stepanenko is a British political analyst and archaeologist specializing in Eastern European security, defense resilience, and authoritarian influence. A former Research Fellow at the Henry Jackson Society and Executive Director of the Forum for Foreign Relations, he is a frequent contributor to parliamentary inquiries and international media. He holds a PhD in Archaeology from EPHE (PSL) and is currently a postdoctoral fellow at LEIZA, supported by the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. His work bridges historical scholarship with high-level strategic analysis, addressing the geopolitical consequences of the war in Ukraine and democratic resilience.
